Notes: Here's my last track of 2021. What a strange year, and how little I feel I have to say about it at just this moment. It had profound ups and downs, but somehow feels as if it didn't even happen. 2022 is starting like déjà vu out there, like we're picking up just where we started 2021. In Brooklyn, the lines for COVID testing wind around the block. I see people getting nervous in a way they haven't been in a little while. I want to strike a more hopeful note. I promise to try by best to muster it for my first song of the new year. Stay safe, friends.
