Notes: This song is for Dalian. He's a brand new person and one of my future best friends, and he just arrived to my dear sound making buddies Miguel, Tama, and big brother Eneko. This song is a proper lullaby in that it offers some (hopefully) soothing sentiments to help Dalian drift away to sleepytown. Beyond that, I also wanted to offer a note of anticipation about the wide world he has arrived in, and some reassurance that as he journeys through it, he will have his family beside him when he needs them. That includes his mom, his dad, and his big bro, and it also includes the wider net that they cast for him, and the people he will choose for himself along the way. Dalian, I can't wait to meet you! Until then I hope you like this song.
