Notes: This morning I awoke to find the grass just barely dusted with snow. it wasn't much, but it was just enough to transform everything I could see. Few phenomena in nature have the power to instantly alter a surrounding that even the slightest accumulation of snow possesses. It's no wonder that our cultural traditions and lore cast winter as a time of magic and wonder. It has it's own quiet magic. This is a simple song of appreciation for the magic of snowfall.
