All of my recording equipment is still packed away because of our move. I'm tired from a big week, and my throat is shot from a cold. Essentially, circumstances were not ideal for creating this week's song, but that's okay. I recorded it on my iPhone while looking out across a foggy lake. My sore throat confronted the brief lyrical passages with earnest pitchiness. This one is very raw, but that means its honest. Today I am exhausted, but I mostly feel grateful.
