I only had time this week for a quick sketch of a song, but I tried to make it sound nice. With the hectic preparations for the holidays — shopping, cooking, packing, running last minute errands, tying up loose ends — everyone I see is rushing around. People are frantic and on edge. It's funny because for many of them, the thrum of anxiety that they navigate is in service to a season that is meant to be a respite. But we're all thinking the same thing. We're just trying to get there.
